Our Services
The Marquis Group is a national real estate investment and management company based out of Dallas. We focus on acquiring, managing, and developing investment opportunities, including Conventional, HUD (Affordable), and Student-Housing Multi-Family properties. Outside the Multi-Family space, we are actively looking for value-add investments in the Land, Retail, Hotel, and Office sectors.
Investments
Marquis’s portfolio consists of cash flow oriented properties in strong markets in Texas, Oklahoma, California, and Florida that benefit from local growth trends. We look to combine private capital with institutional debt to take advantage of our ability to identify and quickly close on investment opportunities. We are open to JV and other partnership opportunities to achieve higher returns. We also participate in a broad range of investments outside Real Estate including natural resources and business startups.
Property Management
Our experienced property management team works directly with tenants, vendors, and lenders to optimize asset performance. This hands-on approach allows us to quickly respond to property needs and make value-added improvements for our portfolio. We are also open to management opportunities as a third-party in the HUD, Student, and Conventional space. We will use our 20+ years of expertise in a wide range of all types of classes to outperform the market for our clients.

Development
Marquis’s Development arm has developed premier Multi-family and Condominiums in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, highlighted by the 240 unit One Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth. Marquis’s development team looks for ground-up opportunities and product repositions in premier locations.
